I have approx. 30 years of experience working in both Government and non-Government roles in the Welfare and Social services and related fields.
My experience has mainly been in working with / supporting participants living with a variety of disabilities, including but not limited to; various Mental Health diagnosis, Autism or related spectrum diagnosis, Intellectual Disability, all Epilepsy types, Stroke Brain Injury (ABI/TBI).
Participants living with Cerebral / mixed Palsy, Down Syndrome, Fragile X Syndrome, multiple complex diagnosis, Dual Diagnosis Disability, Co-morbidity issues, MND and people living with many other disability types.

We collaberate with other stakeholders and providers to ensure you get the right supports and services in place, encouraging your 'self determination' and your 'choice and control'.
Our Support Workers have a broad range of experience and working knowledge, this means that we provide quality and respectful support to people living with Disability.
We have the working knowledge and motivation provide you with meaningful support, which is aimed at supporting your capacity and independence towards your NDIS goals.
